Job Responsibilities: Deliveries in a pick up truck (majority of deliveries is in Manhattan). Use iPad to coordinate, track deliveries, and communicate with office.

Job Duties: Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance of Wet, Dry, Standpipe and Fire Pump systems in accordance with NFPA and the state department of health. Candidate should have the ability to accurately discern and document deficiencies found during an inspection. Knowledge of fire pumps, and standpipes is required.

Job Function: Maintain complete and accurate documentation in NFPA 25 based software of all inspections, maintenance and tests performed, including deficiencies found during inspections;  Complete and submit all required task related activity, productivity, reports, and other documentation in a timely manner; Perform other duties as assigned, including attending training classes when offered; Working knowledge of fire sprinkler system components; Working knowledge of wet, dry, standpipe and fire pump systems; Ability to utilize all tools pertaining to inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) of wet, dry, standpipe and fire pump systems; Applicable knowledge of NFPA 25; Accurately recognize deficiencies found during an inspection.
